When producing this material, we usually use a plastic extruder for extrusion production. The meltblown fabric extruder is planned according to the characteristics of the raw materials. When producing meltblown fabric, the plastic extruder suitable for the raw materials production should be selected based on the plasticizing ability and other characteristics of the raw materials. The screw planning of plastic extruders is primarily reflected in the aspect ratio, thread depth, and screw to screw torque of the extruder. The raw materials are fed into the screw barrel through the feeding system and then heated and plasticized. They are continuously sheared, compressed, mixed, and processed by the screw rotation of the plastic extruder, and then extruded into the desired product shape at the die of the plastic extruder.
